Your LA gang trivia for the day- Crips are sooo fearful of the letter 'b' (as in Bloods) that they do not wish a 'happy b-day' but rather a 'happy C-day'. Sad but true. Hey, you're almost old enough to join AARP and get your pills and free gov'ment cheeze!
Happy B-day-
Jen

I will Bryan.. Already well into aches and pains territory, what with some inflamed rib cartilage

Hmm I can imagine an encounter with the crips would be anything but happy! Old? hey you'll be there soon enough you whippersnapper!

Oh, jams, you mere child! :) Have a great birthday. In celebration of it, do something I can no longer do at 58. You have a lot of choices; that's a fairly long list of things...

Thanks Roger! Steve, Megan.. I feel old enough though! Inflamed rib cartilage has had me grumbling like a geezer for the last week or so!

Happy birthday! Now, hie thee off to a good physiotherapist and get some help in working out those kinks. You should not be stiff, sore, and in pain at this stage of your life. And do the exercises that they give you! See if you can find someone in your who practices the McKenzie method of physiotherapy. I feel better than I did 10 years ago and I'm living with someone who got running after physiotherapy when surgery failed to help. They work with a lot of athletes but office workers and the rest of us can benefit too.

A good idea Monado. Had physio on a shoulder a few years back and that is now fine.. the ribs are an inflammation of the cartilage.. Anything to help off this discomfort!
